I just love hairstyles trends...especially for black women. Even though some styles comes back it doesn't mean you can't add your "this is soooo me touch".I looked around and found hairstyles that will leave you too awe-inspired.

You just have to love these Mohawks styles, they define funky...cool and most importantly they just make you to standout from the mist. As you can see, cornrow is the basic step these Mohawks....yes it's a traditional hairstyle that come from way back but who said you have to be traditional? Cornrows are very easy to maintain. They come a long way, just plait it as a basic style and add any hair extensions of your choice, but I prefer expressions or  kinky like hair on top. Mind you...it's more stylish if you add a little color in it.There's no limits to these style, you can plait carrot style as your basic if you want to but just don't put too much hair on top!!!

The reason why I like singles is that you can play around and come up with new styles that you cannot do with your natural hair. I plaited this braided singles a month ago and they  still look presentable.....my secret "let them loose every now"and please oil them. You cannot have a funky hair with a dry scalp.











 

This hairstyle definitely deserve "thumbs up". Let me teach you a few trick to get it right in a simple way as possible. Select few singles, put the remaining ones into a bun and secure with a wool.
